30-day return window

You may ask to return an item within 30 days after delivery. The item should be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by an order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us first so we can provide the correct return method or prepaid label; eligible return shipping is paid by us.

Order issues

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, send the order details and clear photos so we can resolve the issue. Requests to cancel or change an order should be made before dispatch, but a successful change cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and approved, we send the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
